Our Quality Promise

Beauty That Lasts

Premium materials. Expert craftsmanship. Timeless design. Every piece is built to withstand the elements for years to come.

Designed for decades

We specify for the twentieth season, not the second. That means welded frames instead of bolted ones, marine hardware where water collects, and finishes chosen for stability rather than shine.

Made by hand where it matters

Weaving, sanding and finishing are done by hand. It is slower and it is the reason two pieces are never quite identical — and why the details hold up to close inspection.

Repairable, not disposable

Cushion covers, weave panels, glides and burner assemblies are all replaceable through your dealer. Furniture should be serviced, not replaced.

Materials

Weather-Resistant Aluminum

Marine-grade extruded aluminium, welded at the joint and finished with a triple-stage powder coat.

Aluminium will not rust, and at a fraction of the weight of steel it lets us draw a slimmer frame without losing rigidity. Every frame is fully welded rather than bolted, then etched, primed and powder coated in three stages for a finish that resists chalking and fade.

Care

Wash with mild soap and water. Touch up nicks promptly to keep moisture off bare metal.

Materials

All-Weather Poly Lumber

Solid, solution-dyed HDPE poly lumber — colour through the full thickness, never a coating.

Our poly lumber is extruded with pigment running through the whole batch, so a scuff reveals the same colour beneath rather than a pale interior. It will not splinter, rot, or need the sanding and sealing that timber demands, and it wipes clean with soap and water. We specify a matte finish and a fine, uniform surface texture so the material reads as the modern, low-maintenance product it is.

Care

Wash with mild soap and water. No sealing, staining or annual oiling is ever required.

Materials

All-Weather Woven

Hand-woven, UV-stabilised HDPE fibre over an aluminium substructure.

Each frame is woven by hand, strand by strand, over a welded aluminium core. The fibre is solution-coloured rather than surface-dyed, so a scuff does not reveal a pale interior, and the open weaves shed water instead of holding it.

Care

Rinse with a hose; use a soft brush in the weave. Avoid pressure washing.

Performance Fabrics

Solution-dyed acrylic upholstery over quick-dry, reticulated foam cores.

Colour is added while the fibre is still liquid, which is why our fabrics hold their tone through years of direct sun. Cushion cores are open-cell and wrapped in a permeable barrier, so water passes through and air moves out.

Care

Most spills lift with mild soap and water. Covers are removable and washable.
